Our Engineers carefully plan their schedules to meet the demands of our valued customers. A cancellation fee will be imposed to compensate for any disruptions caused by last-minute cancellations plus the full booking fee will be payable if the Engineer has been arranged.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

1. General Refund Terms

Our refund policy explains how refunds are handled for services +made through PRV SERV TRV. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Payments made using American Express (AMEX) may be subject to dispute if the cardholder does not provide identity verification, even if PRV SERV TRV has not requested it.

Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel before your services start date:

More than 60 days before start date: Full refund (100%).

31–60 days before start date: 50% refund for the booked services.

Less than 15 days: 25% refund for the booked services price over £5,000.00

Less than 7 days: 15%  refund for the booked services price over £5,000.00

For services less than £2,500.00 full refund is applied if the refund is asked not less than 15 days.

3. Cancellation Requests

All home repairs 24/7 do not refund any callout / booking fees due to the work involved and resource allocated to each booking.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via our support email from the same email used to make the booking.
Refund amount and approval time depend on the PRV SERV TRV cancellation rules.

In the unlikely event that PRV SERV TRV must cancel a confirmed booking of services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of all payments received, or an equivalent service at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Any service fees may be non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Service fees, bank transfer costs, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by PRV SERV TRV.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of approval using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or currency exchange timelines.

We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies, such as:
